If you're a home owner, developer or business owner planning on having a construction project carried out on your behalf then you may or may not be aware of the duties placed on you as the Client under the CDM'15 regulations.
Similarly, you may be a Project Manager working on behalf of a Client or estate and need to engage the services of a health & safety specialist to assist on your project.
In both cases, Matmas Safety can be your consultant to help ensure your duties are carried out. We've worked in the industry for the last 15 years and as well as providing an excellent service we strive to add value and build relationships with our Clients.
In our role as Client CDM Advisor we will:
Provide a Client Brief and/or detail how H&S will be managed throughout a project
Collate Pre-Construction Information
Issue an F10 (where applicable)
Ensure all designers and contractors are competent to perform their role
Review a Principal Contractor's Construction Phase Plan
Review the H&S file on project completion

In our capacity as Health & Safety Consultants we are competent to advise on all aspects of the Principal Designer role to ensure duties are carried out suitably and sufficiently.
